Rental Conditions:
Check in time is Friday 3pm
Check out time is Friday 10:00Am
There is Absolutely No Smoking On The Premises.
There are no pets of any kind allowed on the premises.
The maximum people allowed to stay is 6 including children.
I have read and agree wtih the above stated Rental Terms and have also read the
terms and conditions
The weekly rental rate is $950, please call for monthly rates.
Our home includes 1 queen size bed, 1 twin bed, 1 set of bunk beds.
Payments are made as follows: 50% deposit for the amount of weeks required.
Plus a $200.00 refundable security deposit.
The balance of the of the rental fee is to be paid in full 30 days before check in.
We accept the following payment methods:
Personal check, bank check, money order. Credit cards.
